Minerva especially enjoys helping homeowners prepare their properties for the market. She provides thoughtful guidance on pricing, marketing, offer negotiations, and the steps required to reach a successful closing. Minerva has been married to her husband for 26 years, and together they are the proud parents of three young men who are their world. Their family is actively involved in church and enjoys serving the community together. Her sons participate on the church worship team, while Minerva serves in several areas of ministry.
She regularly translates messages for the Spanish-speaking congregation, assists with hospitality, and creates opportunities for people to connect and grow in their faith. She also opens her home for couples’ Bible studies and hosts women’s Bible studies at her office.
